* Multi-file support got broken due to botched re-gen overwriting changes
      that had been made direct to ExodusCommonPluginInfo.C
    * Added support for more naming conventions especially those typical in multi-file usage
    * Improved handling of global node/zone numbers so that failure to find doesn't cause segv
    * Added support for arbitrary polyhedra using VTK_POLYHEDRON cell type.
