1) I ported VisIt to the LLNL rzgenie and rztrona systems.

2) I deleted the host profiles for the LLNL rzalastor, rzcereal and rzthriller
   systems, which were retired.

3) I added host profiles for the LLNL ansel, jadeita and mica systems.

4) I added config site files for additional jade login nodes.

5) I corrected one of the MPI flags in the jade and quartz config site
   files.

6) I corrected the host aliases for jade.

7) I renamed the parallel profile names in the max and zin host profiles
   to be consistent with other parallel profile names.

8) I corrected a bug in the visit-install script setting the bank. I also
   changed the bank in the open and closed install scripts from bdivp
   to wbronze. This wasn't an issue until the visit-install script bug
   was fixed.
