* Removed a number of extraneous and misleading notes regarding unavailability of certain
  plugin libraries.

* Add bv_moab.sh to build MOAB

* Enhaced bv_hdf5.sh to build both serial and parallel HDF5 libraries when needed

* I fixed a bug generating the unified build_visit file on my Mac where it would prepend
  all module names into a single, very, very, very long, with no spaces string
