Subset, Boundary and FilledBoundary plots were modified to enforce their var types: removed legacy support for Material vars in Subset; and non-Material vars in Boundary and FilledBoundary.

Unused attributes were removed:
  filledFlag for all three;
  boundaryType for Boundary and FilledBoundary;
  subsetType for Subset was changed to an 'internal' var, so no longer visible via cli.

Boundary plot was further modified to remove support for point rendering, and inherits from avtSurfaceDataPlot instead of avtVolumeDataPlot.

Trunk verison was changed to 2.13.0, and release notes added outlining the changes to these plots.
