1) I updated the CosmosPP reader with some enhancements from Patrick
   Fragile where he added support for the new output format where the
   grid functions are in one file and the node positions are in another.
   I added a blurp about the change to the release notes and added
   Patrick's name to the list of contributors. This resolves #1703.

2) I updated the version number in several files to 2.7.2.

3) I updated the script that creates the checksums to the new name we
   are using for the Mac dmg file.
