1) I added config site files for alc, an intel x86 cluster at LLNL.

2) I modified the visit open build and install scripts to use alc instead of
   pengra for building a version for an intel x86 cluster and using yana
   instead of pengra to do the open LC installations on. This was motivated
   by the fact that pengra is being retired tomorrow.
