I installed visit on atlas and rzthriller. This includes modifying
visit-build-open and visit-install-open to build and install visit on
atlas and rzthriller, modifying the internal launcher to run the
version built for those machines instead of the default version that
would normally be run, adding host profiles for rzthriller and modifying
the linux and windows installers to install them. This resolves #1091.
