      I corrected a bug with the XRay Image query, where the data type for bov
      output was incorrectly set to float in the cases where the intensities

      1) Host profiles for LANL's cielo system were removed.
      
      2) Host profiles for LLNL's coastal, eos, graph, hera and tempest systems
         were removed.
      
      3) I updated the version number in the llnl config files to 2.11.0.
      
      4) I cleaned up some comments in the GyRadius query.

      * fix use of uninitialized variable
      * FindElement seach for node/zone id fails when an operator that changes
        the mesh(ie databinning) is used in the pipeline. However, min/max is
        computed correctly. testing min/max values rather zone/node id when
        creating the query output allows min/max to be reported.
      * clean up a couple of warnings

      I enhanced the "XRay Image" query to support outputting the bounds 
      of the ray bundle to a VTK file to aid in verification of the setup 
      of the rays. The rays will be output to the file "ray_bounds.vtk". 
      The setup can be verified by adding a Mesh plot of "mesh" from the 
      file "ray_bounds.vtk" to the object to be ray traced. Outputting the 
      bounds of the ray bundle is controlled with the "output_ray_bounds"
      setting to the query from the command line interface and with the 
      "Output ray bounds" setting in the graphical user interface. This

      I enhanced the "XRay Image" query to support output file familying. When 
      file familying is enabled the output files are named outputXXXX.YY.EXT,
      where XXXX is the family number, YY is the bin number, and EXT is the 
      output file type extension. Furthermore, when file familying is enabled, 
      the query will not overwrite existing files. When file familying is 
      disabled, the output file outputYY.EXT will be overwritten each time the 
      query is run, consistent with the previous behavior. File familying is 
      controlled with the "family_files" setting to the query from the command 
      line interface and with the "Family output files" setting in the graphical 
      user interface. The default when using the command line interface is for 
      file familying to be disabled and for file familying to be enabled when 
      using the graphical user interface. This resolves #2284.

      I enhanced the XRay Image query to also output the path length field
      when outputting in rawfloat or bov format. The intensities will be in 
      the files output00.bov - outputXX.bov and the path lengths will be in 
      the files outputYY.bov - outputZZ.bov, where XX is nBins-1, YY is nBins 
      and ZZ is 2*nBins-1. This resolves #2272.

      1) I updated the XRay Image query window in the GUI to use the new 
         view description and support the recently added background intensity 
         parameter. This resolves #2280.
      
      2) I modified the image_pan parameter to the XRay Image query to no longer
         truncate the values to integer values.

      I added support for debugging a single ray in the XRay Image query.
      When debugging is turned on it outputs two files. The first is a vtk 
      file that contains all the zones that the ray intersected. The second
      is a csv file that contains the partial results as it integrates along
      the ray. To turn on the debugging add a "debug_ray = ray_number", to 
      the dictionary version of the query, where the ray_number is the number 
      of the pixel in the output image.
