1) I modified the frontendlauncher to pass -forceversion if the program
   it was launching was visit.  This is the only program that needs it and
   other programs do not accept it, such as mpeg2encode.

2) I changed the date range in the copyright notice in the help files
   from 2000 - 2009 to 2000 - 2010.
