1) I modified the build_visit script so that it is possible to enable or
   disable Ice-T from the graphical interface. The control is listed as the
   last entry on the "Select 3rd party libraries" screen. It is on by
   default when building a parallel version and off by default otherwise. I
   also alphabetized the list of 3rd party libraries except for Ice-T which
   is at the end. This resolves #952.

2) I changed the capitalization of the Adventure IO library in the graphical
   interface to be consistent with the capitalization in the tar file name.
