1) I updated the install notes to instruct the user to change the
   permissions on visit-install so that it has execute permission before
   running the script.

2) I modified the script that runs the test suite on alastor to use the
   aztec host profile instead of the yana host profile, since the yana
   host profile has been removed. This will allow the test suite to run
   again.
