1) I changed the default bank from "bdivp" to "bbronze" for all the hosts
   in the "LLNL closed network" configuration. I updated the release notes 
   with a description of the change. This resolves #1775.

2) I changed the partition from "pbatch" to "pgpu" for the "parallel pgpu"
   launch profile for the LLNL's "max" system. I updated the release notes
   with a description of the change. This resolves #1776.
