`stringstream' header.  For those of us that don't use
               -Wno-deprecated, this gets rid of many warnings.
QvisFileInformationWindow.C: needed a small update to use the new style
                             string streams.

Everything else: I looked deeper into the svn:ignore property and
                 applied it to all the versioned directories in the
                 tree.  This should remove the need to muck with your
                 ~/.subversion/config when starting development on a
                 new machine.
