Added a counter to the datasetondemand filter. It counts how many times a particular domain is loaded.
Modified avtSLAlgorithm to use the counter information to compute statistics on min/max/avg per proc and across the set of procs running in parallel.
Put in a temporary fix to a problem that would periodically occur in the masterSlave algorithm. The slaves and master would not always be in agreement about how man streamlines were active. So, if the master detects that all slaves have zero streamlines, it terminates.
