Several critical fixes for CMake builds

Corner shot issue

Remove seqperf test -- make it into a tool. This test takes ~ 90s and should be in a more expensive performance suite of tests

Add some flags to disable warnings about ignored attributes in templated code and about deprecated declarations. This is mostly to remove numerous warnings in the Eigen header includes

Disable check for c++11-long-long flags, since MOAB does not really use C++11 internally anyway. This must have been an oversight
