Update FMT

On 23rd of July, I contributed to the fmt library for the purpose of including a copy constructor for the fmt::dynamic_format_arg_store https://github.com/fmtlib/fmt/pull/2432. This functionality is required to solve this issue paraview/paraview#20547 (closed).

Is it possible to update this fork?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
