volumes named "1:xxxx" leads to a crash when a node name
is just a single number (the first part of the check passes, but
crashes when trying to get the second character in the name string).
This fix adds a string length check so that valid node names like
"1" or "2" will not cause a crash on save.

The WrapITK path isn't taking in consideration the multi-configuration
style for windows. Adding the CMAKE_CFG_INTDIR variable fixes this.
Since on other single configuration generators (like make) the variable
reduces to ".", we can simply interject it where needed.
Tested on windows and unix.

Will you please consider addressing this pull request?
It does not change any of the default build behaviors, unless you explicitly choose to build SimpleITK. SimpleITK does not add any extra dependancies.
Thanks,
