Enable Field Data in VTKUtils

Nicolas Vuaille requested to merge nicolas.vuaille/sensei:HandleFieldData into develop

VTKUtils::GetArrayMetadata methods used to handle vtkDataSetAttributes and not vtkFieldData, thus vtkDataObject::FIELD attributes were not supported.
