ENH:  Added a ShowActualBounds ivar that is defaulted to ON. This new ivar controls some logic that will always show the actual bounds of the object which the cube axes is displayed upon. Note that because the ivar is defaulted to ON, this label on the axis will now be different (better :) than before. If you want the 'legacy' mode, just set ShowActualBounds to '0'.

I also made the axis font slightly smaller (quick hack...sorry).... :)
