"availability": e.g., edge ratio is valid for all types of elements, and
is thus now quality metric number 0. Then comes aspect ratio, followed
by radius ratio, etc.
Note that minimal angle comes last, although it is available for triangles,
quads and tets, because it is not, strictly speaking, a quality measure
(but is in the class for the sake of completeness, as it is used by
several authors).
Please also note that aspect ratio is now the default for triangles and
tets, as it is the most commonly used for finite element error estimates.
