To use:
- Select a case number on the left. Each Identity associated with the case is shown in the "Persons related to case" list. If the person's name is listed in black, there are potential matches for that person. If it is listed in blue, then there are no potential entity matches in the system.
- Select a person related to the case, then click "Examine Potential Matches". Information about that person appears in the lower left. Entities that might be the same person are listed in the center.
- Select a row in the center area. More information about this possible match is shown on the right. If this looks like a potential match, mark it as such and indicate your confidence. If this does not look like a match, mark that instead.
- When finished indicating which entities in the list are potential matches, select "Review Documents". The center and right parts of the screen change. The center now shows one possible match with the related documents, and the right is used to show additional information about documents of the entity.
- Individual documents can be examined by selecting them in the center column. Details appear on the right. Each potential entity can be examined by selecting "Next Potential Match".
- After specifying whether documents and possible matches are derogatory or not, select "Generate Report" to get a summary of your findings.
