Comprehensive was at the cusp cardiovascular collapse and minor numerical would trigger it on some operating systems and not others.

Move the hemorrhage a little earlier so as not to hit this event on all systems

updated scenario config file to run the new scenarios. Removed the probes and weight calculation from hemorrhage function.

Blackbox Architecture

Rebase minor timing difference from the circuit calculator updates, maybe? Also taking out Black Box unit tests until we finalize integration testing

Cleaned up the internal hemorrhage functionality and removed the internal hemorrhage lists. These do not need to be book kept (bookkeeped?) seperately. Added an internal severity hemorrhage scenario.

Preserve CDM property bag objects

Rebase due to change in preserving gasses to maintain objects rather than delete. Small mathmatical error in this scenario due to this change.

Severity implementation is working. Can now set a flow rate then change to severity and back as well. Added a fatal error for when mean arterial pressure drops below 20mmHg. This will prevent hitting some of the negative volume errors.

Rebase due to not throwing a uncaught fatal exception when the engine hits irreversable state anymore in the JNI. Now there is one extra time step in the file before a graceful shutdown

Added breakdown to Hemorrhage function for both severity and flow rate specific settings. Flow rate is the legacy method and still works. TODOs remain for inserting severity logic.

There is no point in throwing here, there is nobody to catch this, let the Java side worry about Fatal messages
