BUG #15960: Ensure LZ4 is used.

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview:15960_ensure_default_is_lz4 into master

Chaning default in vtkPVClientServerSynchronizedRenderers too. Just changing in XML isnt' causing the value to be pushed. Making sure that the XML default and the default on the class matches for now.
