Line source now provides an option to specify non-regular refinements. Uncheck UseRegularRefinement on the properties panel and then specify the refinements. Using the Add a range a values button (which is now available any time a range of values are needed e.g. iso-values for Contour filter), user can enter values using various series including log/linear/geometric.

The dialog also shows a preview of the values being generated.
