Pipeline Browser Filter can display non-matching source

Modify pipeline annotation filter, to choose if displayed elements are the matching or non-matching ones.

Not used in ParaView but may be useful in PV-based appli.

Possible use case: explicitly create a pqPipelineSource through the pqObjectBuilder API, without display it in the pipeline browser.
