adios2: cleanup proxy xml

Chuck Atkins requested to merge chuck.atkins/paraview:adios2-cleanup-proxy-xml into master

Rather than showing two entries in the file browser as

ADIOS2 BP File (*.bp)
ADIOS2 bp file (*.bp)

this makes the ui more explicit and differentiates the two different readers:

ADIOS2 BP3 File (CoreImage) (*.bp)
ADIOS2 BP3 File (VTX) (*.bp)
