BUG #15680: Add ability to produce file ids for exodus files.

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview:15680_add_file_id into master

Exposing the "Generate File Id Array" property from the exodus reader so that users can turn it ON to add a new array named FileId to the output dataset. Then one can color using this array.
