install cinema's subpackages correctly

per comment in vtkModuleWrapPython, we need one call per python module and submodule.

With the change, I also skip the vtk adaptor as ParaView doesn't need it. I also remove the comment about using a system cinema as that is unlikely to happen any time soon.
