Adding a "icon" xml tag for preferred view type

Mathieu Westphal (Kitware) requested to merge mwestphal/paraview:XMLPreferredViewTypeIcon into master

Preferred view type allow xml filter to specify which view to show a filter output with, some view types have specific icons associated with. However, when using custom view types for plugins, these icon cannot be used this allow to specify the icon to use.
