Allow plugins to create a pipeline browser later.

David Thompson requested to merge dcthomp/paraview:fix-pipeline-browser-ctor into master

If ParaView-branded applications want to construct a pipeline browser as optional behavior rather than at startup, browser widget must initialize its model with the current server-mananger model. Do so.
