QVTKOpenGLWidget fixes

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview:qt5_double_buffering into master

Caching is unnecessary in Qt 5 and hence QVTKOpenGLWidget has dropped support for it. Update ParaView code to handle it.

Update VTK for vtk/vtk!2738 (merged) to address #17256 (closed)
