Slider-linked value boxes strange behavior
This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.
It is possible to create a sphere with a negative theta resolution in the GUI:
1.) Create a sphere source. 2.) Apply 3.) Use the mouse to highlight the theta-resolution edit box value 4.) Try to type in '10'. The value shows up as '30' due to the slider range check on the first character typed. (bug A) 5.) Use backspace to erase the value, enter '-1'. The value is not checked. (bug B). 6.) Apply
The vtkSphereSource clips the range and uses a resolution of 3, but the GUI still reports it as -1.
There are two parts (noted above):
A.) The first character typed is range-checked immediately on edit. B.) The final value is not checked.
