Catalyst live tests have gone missing

Several catalyst live tests e.g. CatalystLivePause, CatalystLiveSetBreakpoint, etc. are no longer being run.

Suspect they were lost during modularization refactor. We need to enable those.

Oops. Utkarsh and I talked about it IRL. I was mistaken. The tests need ported to the new test function APIs (a new one needs made since nothing allows --script to be injected at the right place right now).
