Catalyst live tests have gone missing

Several catalyst live tests e.g. CatalystLivePause, CatalystLiveSetBreakpoint, etc. are no longer being run.

Suspect they were lost during modularization refactor. We need to enable those.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
