Tessellation problem with high-order 3d elements
There are some issues with the tessellation of wedge elements.
When using the nonlinear subdivision rendering, the results are perfect (picture of the left).
When using the filter tessellation, there are some small holes in the surface (picture of the right).
I haven't got such issues yet with the other Lagrange element types.
I have attached the vtu file used to generate these views.
