get rid of "Try direct float" and "none" camera type in cinema export
The Old cinema export panels had an option to "try direct float" that would enable the floating point texture path in value pass. Now that the patent is expired and mesa enabled this unconditionally, we can get rid of the option. They also had a "none" camera type which meant do not export this particular view and was problematic because it was the default.
