Regression: csv-export switchs format after dataset 1023

CSV-Export broken

Tested with 4.3.1, 5.2.0, 5.3.0-RC1 (all Fedora and Centos) and 4.3.1 Ubuntu 12.04.

Last working version of Paraview 4.0.1 (binary download)

Extract from example file where the error can be seen.
