Python trace does not trace correct Output Port for filter creation
It looks like ParaView does not trace connecting a filter to a non zero output port.
- Start ParaView
- Start Trace
- Open compoundtest.pdb, Apply
- Select Output-1 in Pipeline Browser and create Histogram Filter.
- Stop Trace.
You should see something as follows when things work correctly:
...
# find source
compoundtestpdb_1 = FindSource('compoundtest.pdb')
# create a new 'Histogram'
histogram1 = Histogram(Input=OutputPort(compoundtestpdb_1,1))
==== Older Steps ====
How to reproduce :
- Open ParaView
- Start Tracing
- Open can.ex2
- Add a "Contigency Statistics" filter, apply
- Connect a "Group DataSet" filter to "Assesed Data" output, apply
- Stop Trace
In the resulting trace, the following line can be found :
histogram1 = Histogram(Input=contingencyStatistics1_1)
when it should be
histogram1 = Histogram(Input=OutputPort(contingencyStatistics1_1, 1))
