support python3

We need to add support to use ParaView with Python 3 (in addition to Python 2). Default will remain Python 2 for a little while, however.

  • Add/check cmake flags to use Python 3
  • Update all *.py files under ParaView to work with Python 3.
  • Add a dashboard for Python3.
