Adding a "Duplicate" functionality to Source to allow multiple representations in a same view

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

So far if you want to visualize a source with 2 different representations (eg. Surface AND Points), you have to create it a second time which means duplicate the memory needs, or pass it to a "dummy filter" (eg. through a Pass Array filter). It would be great to add a "Duplicate" menu entry in the Source right-click entry that would perform some kind of shallowcopy of the source.
