Geometry LOD not updated when block visibility changes

When you are using a geometric LOD on a multi-block dataset and you change the visibility of some blocks, the decimated geometry of the low LOD is not updated. Thus, the wrong thing is shown during interaction. To replicate the problem, do the following:

Open Settings. In RenderView -> General, make sure LOD Threshold is checked on and the threshold is all the way to the left at 0.00 MBytes. Apply

Open can.ex2. Apply.

Interact with the 3D view. The geometry should be decimated during interactive rendering although it might be hard to tell.

Open the Multi-block inspector.

Turn off one of the element blocks. Either the brick or the can should disappear.

Interact with the 3D view again. During interactive rendering everything is rendered.
A workaround to this problem is to do some other superficial change that causes the LOD to recompute. Changing the color works.
