Scatter plot - marker style cannot be scaled

There does not seem to be a way to change the size of scatter plots/ marker style/ Circle, Square or Diamond. If a user has a huge mass of data, making these markers smaller would be very useful.

• 4.0.1, Windows, local server.
• Open disk_out_ref.exo. All vars on. Apply.
• Scatter Plot filter. Apply. turn on first block.
• Display only Pres variable. Change Line Type to none. Change Marker Type to Circle.

We need to allow the circle size to grow or shrink.

If possible, we should also add a Marker of Point.
