* 5.2.0-RC3. Mac. Local server.
* can.exo. All vars on. Apply.
* Play. This is how fast can.exo should play.
* Leave at last timestep.
* Find Data. Cells from can.ex2. EQPS >= 1.5. Run Selection Query.
* Play. Notice how slow can.exo plays.
* Reset Session.
* can.exo. All vars on. Apply.
* Play. Notice how can has slowed down! This slowdown is universal to all animation - it also now shows up when animating a sphere Start Theta!
* I also believe that every time you add another seleciton query , ParaView slows down even more. For instance, Find Data. Global ID is max. Run Selection Query. Play
* Again, Find Data. Global ID is min. Run Selection Query. Play.
It slows down more and more for each Selection Query.
The only cure is to close and restart ParaView.5.2 (SC-16)Utkarsh AyachitUtkarsh Ayachithttps://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview/-/issues/16989Saving unstructured grids to .vtk file in parallel does not work2017-11-21T16:31:57-05:00Mathieu Westphal (Kitware)Saving unstructured grids to .vtk file in parallel does not workSaving an unstructured grid to a .vtk file in Parallel does not work, it fails with the following error :
