      Properly manage previous state when changing back and fourth
      interaction mode between selectionX, 2D and 3D...
      Previous flag status are kept internaly so when we switch back
      to the previous mode, we reset the setting the way they were
      before our custom settings.

      When a render was triggered from the interactor while capture screenshots, in
      batch mode, only the last view was being rendered since the active interactor
      set on the window was the one from the last view. Fixed that by ensuring that
      the interactor is activated before capturing screenshots.

      If a representation was hidden on Client A and Server, but Client B hadn't
      turned the repr off yet and requested a render that needed data delivery from
      that repr, we had a deadlock (pvcs-collab.Contour). Fixed that.

      vtkPVView now creates a vtkPVSynchronizedRenderWindows instance per session.
      This ensures that multiple views exisiting on different sessions can be created
      Fixed vtkPVSynchronizedRenderWindows to set the name for each VTK-window. Now
      all windows show up with nicer names that make it possible to determine which
      window corresponds to which process.

      Handle the special case where representation is a Widget.
      Widgets are not shown on slaves clients. Therefore,
      we don't increase the matching counter in case of Add/Remove
      of a widget representation.

      The issue was that 3D widgets are added/removed arbitrarily by different
      clients. This results in the index associated with representations on different
      processes changing. That breaks DoDataDelivery() function. Hence assign
      reasonably robust unique ids to representations.

      Ensure that the enable state for SynchronizedWindows and SynchronizedRenderers
      is set to false after render happens to avoid corrupting the state for other
      views that may be present. This was causing issues with charts when the render
      view was set to do remote rendering.

      The problem was that since we disabled RenderEventPropagation, the server-side
      was not calling renWin->Render() in tile display or cave mode. Fixed that.
