Mark the PolarAxesRepresentation's Visibility property as
non-animateable and check for this attribute while forwarding the
visibility value in
vtkPVRepresentationAnimationHelper::SetVisibility(). This solves bug
as the main data representation during animation.

Also fixed a typo in header file.
