Clean up ForceStaticMesh test

ForceStaticMesh test is flaky. I suspect the xml syntax on some platforms. This changes the filter menu navigation to use the alphabetical list instead of navigation. I'm not 100% certain it will fix the problem but it is at least simpler to read.
