Refactor tests for FDS reader

Thomas Galland requested to merge thomas.galland/paraview:fdsReaderCellCentered into master

FDS reader now supports cell-centered data for slices and boundaries. Parsing of boundaries has also being fixed. This MR rewrites and extends the existing test to take account of these changes.
