CAVEInteraction: move internal module to the incubator

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/paraview:cave-python-bindings into master

This gives a place for modules to mature. Note that stable ("core" and "client") modules may not depend on them as they are built after the core and client modules. They may be exposed via plugins though.

CAVEInteraction's internal module has been moved here to indicate its state.
