pqSaveScreenshotReaction: handle HiDPI displays
requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview:20225-capture-screenshot-to-the-clipboard-fixes into master
pqSaveScreenshotReaction when copying to clipboard was not scaling target image size by the pixel scale factor causing DPI to be exaggerated generating bad annotations. Fixed that.
