OpenVR plugin changes to use the new VTK VR module

This MR is meant to be used with the generic "VR" module merged in vtk/vtk!8348 (merged)

Also add a "knuckes" controller type to actions.json (valve index controller) that uses pv_openvr_binding_oculus_touch.json (as the oculus touch has also a A and B button). TODO: create the pv_openvr_binding_knuckles.json (see master issue vtk/vtk#18302 (closed))
