Fix a couple issues with the latest OpenVR Overhaul

Fix an issue where measuring distance would change the trigger mode. Now it leaves that setting alone.

Fix a crash when closing a view that the openvr plugin was attached to.

Fix an issue where desktop attached views were not updating visibility and crop planes on locaiton changes.

Imago fixes/improvements

  • color the login button green/red based on login success failure
  • make sure image selection options from the state file get passed to the Imago loader when logging in
  • Better handling of incomplete image downloads including checking download size against reported size and jpeg error checking
  • fix an issue where moving through images would skip every other image in some cases where th enext start matched the prior end
